Designed to qualify up to 6 lots of 50 diodes under elevated temperatures.
Composed of a new custom Power Control Module Chassis;
6 DC Regulated supplies; and an accurate temperature chamber.
Forward current chassis features 12 independent current controls & reverse chassis features 6 voltage controls.
Six MBIT driver card/load card assemblies mounted at rear exterior & forced air cooled.
